Watch That Putin: Comments on Chechnya

Kids don’t bother me, and nudity certainly doesn’t, but the combination of the two– in public especially–can be disturbing. This morning the first thing I see on my TV is the naked, bloody, screaming, frightened out of their mind kids fleeing from the school in Chechnya. What the fuck? Hostage taking is one thing but I guess these motherfuckers wanted to get a leg up on the game and start taking kids. Horrendous. Now I am in a worrisome mood.

The media should pay more attention to that area. It was just a minute ago in Russia (two years in October) that Chechnyan “rebels” held hostages in a theater, and whoever was responsible for breaking up the situation and “securing the safety” of the hostages ended up gassing the place to make the hostage takers “give in” or whatever and those smart fuckers killed 117 of 700 hostages!

So intent on keeping exactly what the gas was a secret, the Russian government refused to tell doctors what the gas was, preventing doctors from making an antidote. While this event was widely reported on, the media seems to have downplayed the fact that Putin the Pres was actually at the head of this operation. He gassed his own peeps too.

Undoubtedly, there is even more to this spidery story. To Putin’s defense, what else could he have done? Surely he couldn’t have seemed “weak” by negotiating with the Chechnyans in 2002 0r a few days ago. Some say he had to do what he had to. Don’t trust it. I’ve become aware of possible reasons for Putin to desire having an upper hand over the Chechnyans, like oil. Damn why can’t we all drive electrics? Apparently there is also some sort of gruesome war that has been going on in Chechnya for a *long* time now, like several decades, that conveniently no one ever hears much about. We see photos of bombings and camps, but no major network has covered the roots of the conflict.

And convenient timing too. More terror. More terror to fight. Big Bad B*U*S*H whup terror’s ass. Whatever. Bet this will somehow make it into the realm of “issues” and I can’t wait to discover what kind of connection we have to this shit. The bottom line today though, is that things are popping off this year, no doubt, and that Chechnya shit this morning…seeing those kids faces. They will be in my thoughts for sure.

I just wish more kids would not be hurt.

Yo, anybody seen Aristide? Strange tings a ‘gwan.

This world is fucked up. Just like it should be. Why else would we be indoctrinated with a system that gives us nothing but the hope of what we can get “after.” After we can make it through this hell, literally. This shit is *Survivor*. Somebody give *me* a mil for still maintaining.
