Just ask yourself why the California based company Identix was awarded a 27 million dollar contract to provide “Biometric Livescan Systems” to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services three years ago. And tonight, Bush announces the use of biometrics in “the fight against illegal immigration”.

The type of contract used in this deal is known as a BPA (blanket purchase order). These types of government contracts have no spending cap. Our tax dollars at work! Go Big Bro!
