Triad Newsman Tolly Carr Breaks Down In Church Video

This piece of video, in which Tolly Carr speaks before his church on the accident that killed Casey Bokhoven, has really pissed a lot of people off in the Triad.

First of all, in the beginning you see the preacher saying “God’s gonna help him get back to where he needs to be”. And where is that exactly? The state penitentiary?

Then, Tolly starts off by saying “I would like for you all to first and foremost pray for the family that has suffered a loss”. Ok. No mention of his victim by name, no mention of the family name, “Bokhoven”.

He goes on to say that families go through a great deal of anger, and basically says anger is bad and you shouldn’t feed into it because anger “has no limit”. That dude has balls the size of Texas.

Then he says anger is a “phase they’re gonna have to go through”. Ha! And being incarcerated is a phase you will have to go through, Tolly! The utter nerve of him!

I do feel for him when he says “it only takes one second and you can tear up something you have worked your entire life for.” True dat! I know that better than most.

He also asks the congregation to pray for his mother and grandmother and his brother and his sister, and also tells them that “we need money, we need everything because this is a tough battle that I have to fight”.

With the appearance of this video, it’s obvious that he didn’t commit suicide as was rumored in the Triad recently. Shout out to NCProud for the great work and videos.
