Over and over, just this year alone, the public has been inundated with stories of White men raping and murdering children, or wanting to, as in the case of the Department of Homeland Security press secretary. Yet, no one is in the media, a la Bill Cosby, pointing out how deranged White men are, or telling White men to stop raping children, or blaming the depravity of some White men on listening to to much Rock ‘n Roll or Yanni or whatever.

My good friend’s place, the Social Club, got shot up by a knucklehead March 20. Why dudes wanna stunt and grill grit each other all week only to show out at the club! To shoot folks in the leg, no less! What kind of soft isht is that! My friend is one of the many hundreds of thousands of small black business owners in this country and when we do stuff like this, that is not a good look for any of us! Damn!! My friend worked hard to make sure all his legal stuff was in order and paid for extra security – real tight business and he hasn’t had an incident like this in his long history of being a business owner in Winston-Salem. Now he has had his liquor license pulled by the ALE. I feel for my man right now…I know if he gets his license back he will probably install metal detectors.

On Monday, police announced that the search for 12-year-old Quadrevion “Dre” Henning and 11-year-old Purvis Virginia Parker was now part of a “criminal investigation.”

Police reclassified the case after getting several leads, the boys’ family told reporters, declining to elaborate for fear they might compromise the investigation.

The commentors on According to Me have an interesting convo going on questioning why there has been no Amber Alert for these boys. Usually when the cops make it a “criminal investigation” they have evidence to do so. Things do not look good for these babies. I have to get myself ready to hear the bad news, which I fear will be coming out soon in the media. I admit, I’m biased and feel very sensitive to this subject — I have two sons, ten and five years old. They play outside a lot, although I am usually with them, playing right alongside my jewels. This New York Times timeline of the Duke lacrosse team rape incident is very interesting. The incident happened over two weeks ago, so why is it taking so long to process the DNA tests? I don’t know how long that process usually takes, so maybe that is not so unusual.

The woman, a student at North Carolina Central University, was “definitely” assaulted, according to Durham County district attorney Mike Nifong who spoke on O’Reilly today about the case. They’re just waiting for those tests to determine who the perpetrators are.

MSNBC reports there was one African-American male at the house who was not asked for a DNA test.

All but one – an African American – of the 47 members of the team were asked to submit to DNA tests. The alleged victim…said that the assailants were all White.

Justice4TwoSisters, whom I believe lives in Durham, says that both of the woman involved were assaulted, but I haven’t been able to find any news reports of what happened to the other woman.  Continue reading...

Allegations of rape in Durham, North Carolina by a Black woman against players from Duke University‘s lacrosse team have the city on edge.

The woman, an exotic entertainer, alleges that she was gang-raped amidst a flurry of racial slurs by White members of the lacrosse team. Imagine this happening to a White stripper at Morehouse.

The title of my book, Fear of a Black Pussy, has sexual and racial connotations. In doing research for the title, I wanted to play off the “Fear of a Black Planet” thing, but do so in a way to indicate what the book is about. Basically, I looked up combination of keywords containing the word “pussy” on Overture, and what I found at the time was, “Black pussy” is the most looked up keyword or key phrase in this matter, containing the word “pussy”.

This basically means that more people look up the phrase “Black Pussy” than any other “pussy” word combination like “Asian pussy”, “White pussy”, etc. And that fact is very interesting considering the “race” of most American internet users.  Continue reading...
